The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price of the room, it is €0.55 per night and per adult and will be levied under the same conditions as your reservation depending on the number of adults present.
In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a 25% deposit by credit card at the time of booking.
You fill in your payment information (Credit Card) at the time of booking:
25% of the amount of the stay will be charged when booking
the balance of the stay (75%) will be automatically debited from this same card on the day of your arrival
You have the possibility to ask me to cancel the automated payment of the balance of your stay by telephone or email at least 3 days before your arrival date in order to pay the remaining amount of your reservation, the tourist tax as well as the extras consumed on site during your check-out using the following means of payment:
GIFT CARDS: gift cards have a code that can be used to pay for a reservation and its extras. They can be used for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are neither exchangeable nor refundable. For any additional information, please contact the establishment.
In the event of cancellation up to 4 days before the date of arrival, the establishment will refund the deposit to the credit card used when booking.
In case of cancellation 2 or 3 days before the date of arrival, the establishment retains the deposit.
For a cancellation the day before or the day of arrival and in the event of a no-show, the establishment will charge the total amount of the reservation.
The reservation can be modified free of charge up to 4 days before the date of arrival in order to be repositioned for an equivalent period and under the applicable tariff conditions within a period of 12 months. The deposit is then kept and cannot be returned in the event of a new cancellation.
The postponement of the date can only be carried out once.
For a cancellation within 3 days of the new date of arrival and in the event of a no-show, the establishment will charge the total amount of the reservation.
If the establishment was unable to receive you for major reasons, we would offer you addresses of other establishments in Blois and reimburse you in full.
